Its impossible for us to accept every opportunity which comes our way, so in these instances we are able to offer fully packaged deals and a route into property development without the hassle.
Not only will we source the land, deal with planning, arrange the finance and construct the end product, but we will also ensure the deal is legally robust and any investment secure.
We offer investment deals on a “joint venture” basis with a profit share or a “secured return” basis which would typically offer returns of 20% plus interest per annum.
Generally we will consider any investment amount from £50,000 upwards, and would look for a minimum term of 12 months.
